For more than a decade, award-winning speaker Jason Reid has been helping organizations better understand and support employees with invisible and non-apparent disabilities, neurodivergence, and mental health challenges in the workplace.

Before becoming a full-time speaker, Jason spent many years as head of content at a national television network while quietly managing two chronic illnesses. Today, he brings that unique combination of lived experience, executive leadership insight, humour and powerful storytelling to every stage.

While in television, Jason discovered that nearly half of his team was quietly managing invisible disabilities or chronic health conditions. By creating a culture of trust, open communication and practical flexibility, department productivity doubled within a year.
